pspp 0.10.2 fails in regression in debian unstable. The description is here:


The failure seems to be random and is related to reading from postgresql
database. The relevant section in the log is:

ERROR: All 1165 tests were run,
1 failed unexpectedly.

The current debian unstable installs postgresql-client 9.6.1-2 package.
