Details:

The nightly builds in Ben's build machine fail for the x86_64 environment. The
error log says:


 147  checking for GTK... no
 148  configure: WARNING: You must install gtk+ 3.0 version 3.14.5 or later
(or use --without-gui) before building PSPP.
 149  checking for GTKSOURCEVIEW... no
 150  configure: WARNING: You must install gtksourceview 3.0 version 3.4.2 or
later (or use --without-gui) before building PSPP.
 ...
 917  configure: error: The following required prerequisites are not
installed.
 918  You must install them before PSPP can be built:
 919    gtk+ 3.0 version 3.14.5 or later (or use --without-gui)
 920    gtksourceview 3.0 version 3.4.2 or later (or use --without-gui)
