     You can do it in the bug-gnu-pspp forum.  Maybe somebody is able to
     figure out how to make new MSWindows build.
     
     
Building pspp for windows is not hard.   If nobody else volunteers I will do it.
However my problem will be that since I don't have a windows machine, I won't
be able to test it.  Also (at least from my point of view) supporting non-free
systems such as windows, is always going to be a very low prority tak.
