PSPP-BUG: PSPP on macOS Monterey OS 12.1

Hello there,

we were asked to download pspp for statistics at the tech I'm studying 
at, but we were also basically told to get a new computer for the 
degree, as some programs may not be compatible with certain older computers.

Now half of us are confronted with the opposite. We can download pspp, 
in some cases, but no longer run it. It crashes as soon as I open it on 
macOS 12.1
May I ask if you are planning on releasing a compatible update or if 
there is something I can do to fix the problem?
