var names are not imported right from ods | make numering vars as strings - no
auto way to change them in bulk.


I imported the following ods file by running: 

GET DATA /TYPE=ODS
   /FILE="/pspp_bug.ods" 
   /SHEET=INDEX 1
   /CELLRANGE=FULL
   /READNAMES=on.

Then: 
a) Some variable names are not imported right (their names are severily cut,
even thought they do not exceed length of letter word), 
   
b) Many vars are imported as string while they are clearly numerics

c) No auto way to change these string vars back to numeric (as well to define
all decimals to "2")
