I bumped into a site that requires:
  a)  One upper case
  b) One digit
  c) *two* lower case

Current attributes do not ensure this.  So, three new character classes:
  --cclass=two-lower,two-upper,two-digit
these three automatically imply:
  --cclass=lower,upper,digit
respectively.
