You may either send your patches to this list or register
them at savannah (http://savannah.gnu.org/patch/?func=addpatch&group=radius),
at your option. I'd advise the latter since it makes it easier
to keep track of the changes. Please check out the sources
from the repository (see http://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=radius
for instructions) and make sure you update them often, as they change
rather rapidly.

Very well. That seems quite a bit of work, so please make sure
you have signed GNU assignment form for changes. Let me know if 
you don't know how to do that and I'll send you the instructions.
