The kernel in this case is Hurd, so the canonical system name
would be CPU_TYPE-MANUFACTURER-hurd-gnu.
If it is crucial to distinguish the microkernels, we could
put them in too like this:
CPU_TYPE-MANUFACTURER-hurd-l4-gnu.
or like this:
CPU_TYPE-MANUFACTURER-hurd+l4-gnu.
