This patch is needed for tar to work with sparse files
The problem is when sp_array_size == sparses, in this case
the array should be larger, Increasing the size by 1 should
be enough.
Why the new elements are not set to zero when the array is reallocated?
If it's not needed, then why is it done in init_sparsearray()
