ACL

Hi,

as far as I know GNU tar does ignore the ACL on all systems.
At least on AdvFS (Tru64unix) this is the case and it looks as if this
is also true for Linux ACL (http://acl.bestbits.at/).

Expected: If uses on systems which have filesystems which support ACL
(such as AdvFS or Ext2-ACL (or NFS4)) tar should store these
informations in the tar file so it can be used for backup.
