gmake problem..... |

I am
encountering the following on a DYNIX 4.4.2(Sequent)
Unix Operating System :
I have a gmake file that executes a sh script which
in turn executes another gmake which again
executes gmake. The third gmake fails with the following
message:
gmake[3]: execvp: /bin/sh: Arg list too long This same scenario executes with no problems on
other Unix platforms. Any ideas as
to why the third invocation of gmake fails? I am at a loss for figuring
out what sh command is failing to execute. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
