1. Please generate Makefile.am with the automake option
--include-deps.
2. The autoconf macro GAWK_AC_AIX_TWEAK is used in configure to
set CFLAGS="$CFLAGS -D_XOPEN_SOURCE_EXTENDED=1" on AIX. Why?
I removed this and Gawk built fine under AIX 4.3.2 with the
IBM C compiler (v5.0.2.0).
