ARM GNU tools

Hello,
    I am the ARM group lead for Accelerated Technology Inc. and I have been
tasked with working with and supporting these tools.  I have never used GNU
tools before and was wondering where I can find documentation on how to use
them.  I couldn't find anyone else to write to so that is why I am trying
this email address.  If you know of any place or anyone I can get
documentation from, I would appreciate any and all assistance.
