Hi,
I have got the message:
$ objcopy -v -N .malloc shr.o
copy from shr.o(aixcoff-rs6000) to stIkVlMa(aixcoff-rs6000)
BFD: BFD internal error, aborting at coff-rs6000.c line 842
BFD: Please report this bug.
I am using AIX 4.3.3, binutils has been build using IBM Visual Age C/C++ 5.0
compiler. shr.o is from /usr/lib/lic.a
It seems to me -N option doe not work sometimes.
