tar documentation recommendation: extracting to stdout

In File: tar.info, Node: extracting files, it might not have been
mentioned how to extract to the standard output, e.g. there is a
README file in an archive and the user just wants a quick peek before
extracting anything.  Or the user might be on a read-only computer
etc., no way to write any files first.  Maybe be it is mentioned in
the manual, but no harm rementioning it on that page.
