Thank you very much sending this to us.  Unfortunately we cannot
"officially" accept this without a copyright assignment to the FSF.

Also if you want your tests to be be added to the gas, ld or gcc
testsuites (and hence used for quality control of the ARC port in the
future) you will need to format them to fit in with the current test
harness.  Have a look at the files in ld/testsuite or gas/testsuite or
gcc/testsuite for examples.

Have you submitted bug reports and/or patches for these two bugs ?
