Patch to cpio to enable verbose *skipping* of files

This patch enables cpio to be verbose about the files that it does not
copy, which is very handy for seeing cpio's progress through a tape or
simply for debuging.

The patch along with a Debian package of the patched cpio (which includes
further changes of it's Debian maintainer) can be found here:
