Nevertheless, I think the high ratio of usage mistakes and cockpit
errors in your messages clearly indicates that you should post to the
*.help groups first. Those groups have a much larger audience of
people who have more time to help you with problems that aren't bugs.
By contrast, the *.bug groups are read by a relatively small number of
maintainers who are much busier people.
