No. If at all, that should be using '0' as the keyboard shortcut, as the
standalone info reader already has it.  (And XEmacs, too, for ages).

No. Nor would that be very useful, IMHO.  Nobody is ever likely to
*count* menu items that far down. There's a reason that only the 5th
and 10th menu entry are marked for easier counting, see?  For
navigating larger menus, you have a middle mouse button and the 'm'
key, instead.
