I have fixed this problem on the 2.11 branch.  I also fixed similar
uses of the .TP macro in nlmconv.1, nm.1, objdump.1, size.1, strings.1
and strip.1.  I also fixed the problem in ld/ld.1.

The current mainline sources automatically generate their *.1 files
from the main binutils.texi file.  I checked the generated files -
they do not use the .TP macro in the SYNOPSIS section.
