Parted Internationalization Problem

I have a problem when using locale info for parted, i get this error:

Error during translation: Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character

i have tried everything but cant seem to get it working. Here is another

I have gettext. and locale seems to work fine using aumix. 
Also i have tried many languages and get same error.

Any clues as to why it is not working?
