[cpio] man page enhancement: a Example section ?

Hello,

I seldom use cpio (as I think many people) and only had to use it once or
twice.

IMHA, would be good to have a small section with an example of most often
performed actions (creating an archive and expending it) to help people to
perform the most basic tasks (they will probably never need anything
else).

I dont know cpio well, but what about something like:

EXAMPLES

To create an archive files:
(I dont even know)

To expend an archive:
cpio -icdm -I archive.cpio (I dont know why '-icdm' I just found an
example and it worked).

(and maybe some other simple examples)
