Problem in create_got_section

Hello,

Whilst trying to link the XRT widget set for Xdesigner5.5 under Solaris 2.8
for the Intel architecture, using gcc-3.0.1, I got the following:

So, I thought I would follow the instructions and report the bug.  And, of
course, I would be grateful for a miracle cure.
