In the ls man page please say --full-time needs -l to work:
$ man ls
--full-time
list both full date and full time
$ /bin/ls --full-time
007movie
1-3land
$ /bin/ls --full-time -l
total 2496

$ /bin/ls --version
ls (GNU fileutils) 4.0p
$ /bin/ls --help
--full-time list both full date and full time
Please add a note to --help output too.
Please see if there are any more cases where an item needs a -l,
etc. to get its stated action working, and note that.
Indeed, even the info page needs my note added to --full-time.
