Sorbian is not the same language as Serbian; the former is spoken by a few
thousand people in Germany.

They don't need. Even the most spartanic mingw installation
knows about LANG_SPANISH and LANG_SLOVENIAN.

Be happy about it! These LANG_* macros are platform specific (Woe32) junk.
