This was probably bug in the test script, you can safely ignore it.
Both of these are already fixed, in the development version 2.5.1.

cannot create file---it seems to be a flaw in your setup, like
exceeding quota or running in read-only directory.
I'm not a grep developer, but I guess you can safely continue with the
version you have.
