gettext for OpenVMS

Hi

I created a set of makefiles to compile gettext on OpenVMS systems.
On the run I had to make many "trivial" changes to the source code.
I made the changes against gettext.0.11.5.

I placed my changes on my web page
 http://nchrem.tnw.tudelft.nl/openvms/software2.html#GETTEXT
 
Is it possible to merge the OpenVMS port into the "official" version of
gettext?
