In response to the increasing demand of financial management program, we are
pleased to offer the "Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers"
program again on 24-27 September 2003 (Wed-Sat).

The Program introduce non-financial managers, including executives in
technical fields, to basic accounting and financial concepts.  The coverage
of analytical problem solving skills in the course should make participants familiar
with these concepts and prepare them to handle with greater confidence, insights,
and effectiveness in dealing with financial decisions relating to resource allocations,
project evaluations, and value creation.
