Porting patch to VMS

Hi,
        I've recently done some work on getting gnu patch (v2.5.4) to
compile under VMS. The changes needed were relatively trivial, and
shouldn't break compilation on any other architectures.
        As such, I'd love to get these changes encorporated into the
main source tree. Can I send a few patches to someone? I'm aware of the
VMS/GNU project, but last time I tried I couldn't find any working
mirrors...
