grep: --devices=skip patch not sufficient

Hi,

my patch does not seem to be sufficient. The hanging open() call gets
executed regardless of the FIFO check, ie. it is executed before the
IS_FIFO() call.
Hmm, I think a fix for this would be to intrusive now. I will provide
a complete fix after the sarge release.
