sharutils 4.3.77 and Texinfo categories

Hi Bruce,

Would you mind using these @dircategories for sharutils?  It makes it go
better with other manuals, rms's general directive being to use the
categories from the Free Software Directory.

I took the liberty of updating the copyright date, too.
