Wrong charset selection in it.po message catalog

Hi,

A Debian user, "Lorenzo M. Catucci" <address@hidden>,
reported[1] the following bug in gawk:

| The italian translator left the charset definition for "Latin/Hebrew"
| encoding in it.po; this causes gawk to translate messages with ? instead
| of some latin chars if LANG is set to it_IT.ISO-8859-{1,15}, and to
| output hebrew chars instead of latin ones if LANG=it_IT.UTF-8.
