[PATCH] sharutils' autoconfigury

Hello,
  I noticed the discussion about ADD_PROGS and EXEEXT recently.

I think that this is best solved with an AM_CONDITIONAL.

When I was at it, I also did some other changes to the autoconfigury
scripts in sharutils.

Attached please find three patches; they all have a comment at the top,
and they have to be applied in the order of appearence (that is, in the
alphabetical order).

Please ask me for more comments, if needed.
