Three old Debian gettext-el bugs

Hi.

These are three old bugs against Debian gettext-el package (which
contains emacs po mode). I would like to close them if they are not
really bugs, and keep them open if they are bugs and they are going to
be fixed, but their status is not clear enough. Any suggestions about
what to do with them?
