I was splitting hairs. Sorry. ;) BTW, I have also used shar for
creating test file archives. Saved me from 100's of teeny files
only needed for testing.
I found the uninitialized variable in unshar. thanks.
Funny it was not seen before. Looks like day-1 bug to me....
