Thanks for the report. I've updated the GNOME/teams.html in the gettext CVS.
Taken directly from http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/teams.html.
However, note that in there, the URL for the zh_TW team is
http://linuxhall.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/community
and not the http://www.gnome.hk/ that you mention.
