Hi Daniel.
The bug was introdeced last fall. It is testimony to how
little used sharutils is 'cuz it is only now been reported. Anyway, this
has been fixed for several days now. Please try 4.5. Thanks - Bruce
$ unshar macutil2.0b3.shar
unshar: /var/tmp/portage/macutil-2.0_beta3/work/LINUX_PORTAGE_WRITABLE=yes: No
such file or directory
No such file, but there is such an environment variable... :)
