Actually, I did include the contents of t3 in my first email. Anywaym, 
I'm glad to hear it is reproducible and that I don't need to twist my 
tools providers arm into installing 3.1.5. Thanks for taking a look at 
it and for sending me a fix, but I'd have to get my tools group to 
modify and recompile the source (which is painful) and, as it turns out, 
what I was trying to do was the wrong approach to my problem anyway so I 
don't need the fix right now - I just wanted to let you know about the 
problem. I'll keep an eye open for 3.1.6.
