I'm afraid this is not a proper bug report.  Definitly not bug report
for GNU sed or another GNU utility which would enable us to do anything
with it.

Since you use `apt-get' and `dpkg', which are Debian-specific commands,
you should perhaps ask for help on Debian support lists.
