list archive and documentation

Hello there,

http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/ should list mailing lists
concerning the gettext package, including archives.  gettext/README
lists this address I'm writing to, but fails to list archives.
http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/admindb/bug-gnu-gettext does not exist.

Thus, I have no way of even finding out whether I am reporting a bug
that is already known, less find out about the status of other reports.
:-/

Could all of this please be fixed?
