idutils: java+lisp support patch

Hello,

thanks for the patch you submitted to bug-gnu-utils.
I read through it quickly, and I noticed that some of
the changes it contains are not directly applicable to
the latest id-utils version.

You just need to wait a little time, so I can apply
the needed changes.

In the meantime, if you want you can submit the patch
in savannah yourself, maybe adding comments and notes
you'd like to share:
