gettext-0.14.6 " ignore the --datarootdir setting " in autoconf-2.60 in Mingw

HI All:

When I use autoconf-2.60  to build my project , it occur this warning :

config.status: creating po/Makefile.in
config.status: WARNING:  ../../hbtest/po/Makefile.in.in seems to ignore the 
--datarootdir setting

if I use autoconf-2.59 , it don't occur this warning
