command
echo cmp | grep -c --perl-regex '^(|.*[\W])cmp([^\w].*|)$'
causes a segmentation fault on my machine. I think that that is a valid
regular expression. (it turns out that i really just want to do '\bcmp\b', but
the regex should have worked.
grep -V
grep (GNU grep) 2.5
