patch 2.5.4 $Id

There are several files in patch 2.5.4 that have a $Id string
in them, which makes it a real pain when importing into
CVS if you fail to specify the "-k o" option.  It is normal
when making distributions to replace the $Id with the value
that is being shipped, so that users don't have this problem.

I didn't notice this problem with the other tools (bison, sed,
diffutils, m4, gcc).  Did something go wrong with the patch
export?
