info for mail-files is (still) empty

Hello.

The info file for sharutils reads this:

* Invoking mailshar::           The `mailshar' command and arguments
* Invoking mail-files::         The `mail-files' command and arguments
* Invoking find-mailer::        The `find-mailer' command and arguments

However, those sections are all empty.

I almost hear what you could say: "They serve as a reminder that the
documentation needs to be written". Well, yes, we are all volunteers,
but even in such case, I would prefer the documentation to be missing,
as the current status is a little bit misleading.
