Hmm, haven't you asked this sort of question before, for other GNU
applications?

Let me try to short-circuit this.  We know of no impacts to any GNU
application whatsoever.  All you need to do is to update the tz data
on your host, and restart any apps that depend on time zone data.

Please mark all the DST checkboxes on whatever form your boss is
making you fill out, for all GNU applications.  You don't need to ask
this question separately for each application.  The apps will all
work.
