CVS gawk working again

The CVS gawk available from Savannah is working again. The problem was
"only" on older versions of GCC.  In some sense it's a GCC problem: I
had forgotten an include of <math.h>. GCC 3.3.3 thus declared floor()
as returning int, correctly.  Newer versions seem to automagically
include <math.h> for me, which is sorta weird.
