Is it also worth adding a documentation note to the translator that she
should look for the "Report bugs to <%s>" pattern and insert her own
address alongside it, whether or not the TRANSLATORS comment appeared in
the source code?  In other words, provide a good example of someone who
obeyed the advice in her .po file?
