Bug#427370: diffutils: [l10n:nl] Dutch translation update (fwd)

Hello.

In this report, I am asked to update one of the translations in the
Debian diffutils package. This would be much easier if there was a new
official release, as the current diffutils (stable) release is from 2002.

Attached an updated nl.po file, made by the assigned Dutch 
translator for 'diffutils'.  As 'diffutils' hasn't made a release 
in a long time, this is the only way to get the translation
up-to-date.
