Manual talks about commercial software

The GNU `gettext' utilities manual says:

    Usually, programs are written and documented in English, and use
    English at execution time to interact with users.  This is true
    not only of GNU software, but also of a great deal of proprietary
    and free software.

The last sentence gives the impression that commercial software is the
opposite of free software.  This is a common confusion that should be
avoided.  The opposite of free software is non-free software.  (For
further reference, please see [1] and [2].)
